The sweet flavors and aromas of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee are it's strongest asset along with a medium to light body. The best Ethiopia dry-processed coffee tends to be medium-bodied and brilliantly acidy with rough, fruity or winy tones. It includes a thick body and an earthy aroma coupled with cinnamon and strawberry undertones. Subtleties include notes of citrus or tangerine (which is why it is often preferred for iced coffee).
